Today Y5 have begun learning the French verb
être (which means 'to be'). This is a very useful verb to know!
Je suis = I am
Tu es = you are
Il est = he is
Elle est = she is
On est = one is / we are
Nous sommes = we are
Vous êtes = you (all) are
Ils sont = they (boys) are
Elles sont = they (girls) are
