right angles
obtuse angles
straight line angles
reflex angles
full turn angles

We then used our knowledge of angles to identify them within artwork created by Kandinsky.

Here is what we found:

We then created our own Kandinsky-style artwork using various shapes, angles and colours.

1MS - Heavy and light using balances

Last lesson we recapped over the words heavy and light.
In today's maths lesson, we used balances to find items heavier and lighter than a book.

We ordered ourselves form tallest to shortest

We wrote some sums on the playground floor for our friends to answer...

We drew a 100 square with missing numbers for our friends to complete

We found 2D shapes in the playground and made some of our own...

Challenge 1 - Who can make the tallest structure?

Challenge 2 - How many children we could fit on a school bench -
