3NL - Investigation stations

In science today we decided to investigate some of the life processes of a plant. First we came up with some questions we would like to investigate....

Can a plant have too much water?
What is the function of leaves?
Are leaves important to a plant?
Does it matter how much sunlight a plant gets?
What if a plant has no heat will it grow?

Next in our groups we discussed how we would investigate our questions and how we make sure our tests were 'fair'.

We then got to visit the 'Investigation Shop' to select the equipment we would need.

After that, we made a prediction as to the outcome and decided how we would record our results.

Finally, we set up our investigations.
