Year 4S - Bayeux Tapestry

The Bayeux Tapestry is a an embroidered cloth about 70 metres long which illustrates the events of the Norman Conquest of England.

Year 4 had a go at creating their own tapestry based on one part of the Norman Conquest.

The children worked very hard and were very focused when sewing to ensure their designs were as accurate as possible. I was very impressed!

We'll keep you posted on the finished product!
